By installing Christmas Countdown you agree to these terms. They are short because the app is small.
You may use the app on any device you own, for as long as you like, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not resell it, rent it out, redistribute a modified copy, or pull it apart to rebuild it as something else.
It counts down to Christmas and plays some music while it does. It is decoration, not a clock you should rely on. It reads the date and time from your own device, so if your device's clock or time zone is wrong, the countdown will be wrong with it.
The daily reminder is scheduled on your device by Android. We cannot guarantee it will always appear on time: battery savers, "do not disturb", restricted background settings, and the phone being switched off can all delay or prevent it. Do not use it for anything that matters.
The app is free and is paid for by ads. The ads come from Google and we do not choose or approve each one. We are not responsible for what an advertiser shows or sells, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.
We may change the app, add or remove features, or stop publishing it altogether. We will not delete anything from your device when we do.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it — including a missed reminder, a wrong count, or a Christmas morning spent looking at the wrong number. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
The app includes music, fonts and artwork licensed from their creators and used under their licences. The full list is in the app under Settings → About → Attributions, alongside the open-source licences.
